Available Lesson Options

Group Lessons

Group lessons are priced at $45 per person for a 60-minute session and are available for riders ranging from Beginner (walk–trot) to Advanced, in both Western and English disciplines (including jumping and barrel racing).

To ensure quality instruction and individualized attention, group lessons are limited to a maximum of four riders per session.

Therapeutic Lessons

Therapeutic riding lessons are $50 per rider for a 60-minute session. Each lesson is thoughtfully structured around the individual rider’s goals, abilities, and specific needs to ensure a safe, supportive, and productive experience.

While some sessions may include more than one rider, instruction remains individualized and goal-oriented. Specialized mounting areas and adaptive equipment are provided as needed to promote safety, accessibility, and rider success.

Tot Rides

Tot Rides are designed for children 6 years old and under. These 30-minute sessions provide a fun and supportive introduction to horseback riding, while promoting balance, coordination, and early communication skills.

Lessons may incorporate games and interactive activities to keep young riders engaged and build confidence in a positive environment.

Tot Rides are $25 per child per session.

Hope Ranch Therapeutic Riding Center is not a clinical facility and does not have an occupational therapist on staff, therefore, we unfortunately cannot accept insurance.

Scholarship Fund

We offer financial assistance through the TJ Holmes Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The TJ Holmes Memorial Scholarship Fund aims to honor TJ's memory by supporting individuals seeking therapeutic riding lessons who may need financial assistance. Therapeutic riding, with its profound benefits for physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being, resonates deeply with TJ's love of horses and his selfless nature. This scholarship fund is dedicated to ensuring that individuals facing financial barriers can access the healing power of equine therapy, embodying TJ's spirit of compassion and generosity.
